alright...

Maybe it's just my computer, but the game felt really buggy and slow. And the physics were horrible, took forever to start moving and then impossible to stop when you want. I lost interest pretty fast simply because of that. Fix the game up a bit and it would be way better.

Needs some tweaking

It's alright, but needs some work. As other people have mentioned, the controls are too touchy for tetris. There would be times I only want to go left or right by 1 column but instead end up going over by 2 or 3.

Another thing that could be fixed is the option to restart or go back to the main menu once you get a game over. Otherwise the game sits there and you have to reload the window.

I like the music, the loop didn't bother me that much. And the color and look of the game was nice. The biggest problem was the controls sensitivity. If you fix that the game would be much more enjoyable.

Tougher but good

It's definitely harder than the first Last Stand, but still pretty fun. It took me a little while to get used to the game play idea, and some parts really annoyed me at times, but overall it's a good game.

Likes: I liked the look of the cities and the character's more worn down look is cool. The option to place traps was great, and really helped make the shooting less monotonous. Being able to choose where to search also made the game more interactive and added a nice touch.

Frustrating: The scarcity of weapons and survivors was really disheartening. Understandably, the zombies have been around for quite a while, so resources being scarce is understandable. But only ever finding one survivor in a game makes it extremely difficult to complete the game.

The same can be said for the weapons. The sporatic times that weapons do or don't turn up gets really frustrating at times, especially when you're nearing the end of the game and the .357 is still one of your better weapons. However, these elements still add a nice challenge to gameplay and make the game very replayable.

Dislike: I think that the only part of the game that I really loathe is how your survivors can now be killed right in the middle of a night. Combined with the fact that survivors are so scarce, it makes the game downright devilish at times. I found myself constantly looking out for zombies with weapons to make sure they didn't get near my barricade.

Great work, hope to see more from you in the future.

Fun and amusing

It was pretty easy to play once you figured out the pattern Tom follows, but still fun to play. The graphics were nice and the controls easy. I probably should have expected the fab character, but never the less it still surprised me. Great game

really great game

its fun, the graphics are unique, and it's quite addictive. My only complaint is the reaction when you run out of ammo weapons. You automatically get set back to pistol, and occasionally a round is fired as well. This doesn't bug me too much, unless I'm doing something like setting up my last few barrels. Then I usually get blown up, which is annoying. Other than that, sweet game!

an improvement

but still plenty of things could have been done to make it more enjoyable.

As with the last game, you leave out the glory of the REPLAY button, that would make for more enjoyment and less time navigating through the menu's to try again at the exact same battle type. Something as simple as that would make this game much more enjoyable, for the sake of less clicking between matches.

Mouse camera thingy is annoying. While it is enjoyable at times to check a wider field of view, it gets really annoying when you are respawned or are jumping around. When you respawn, if you're not at the same level as where you originally were, you can end up looking into the ground or sky. And when you jump, it tries to follow your mouse, meaning you can easily lose sight of what you were originally aiming at.

Overall its a very enjoyable game, but it does lack a few basic things that could make it that much better.

nice addition to series

but could use a little adjustments to some parts of the game to make it a little more pleasing.
1) I felt that the characters movement could be a little more fluid and faster, rather than so slow.
2) the character's fighting movements could use a little adjustment to make it seem more commited and life like.

Looks the basis for a great addition to the series, looking forward to the full version.

good game

it's a little repetitive, but not so repetitive that it gets boring. I liked the variety of enemies and their weaknesses. The only part that I would say needs tweaking is the adept warriors. By the time I could get adept warriors to use, I had plenty of stronger units already in place.

But, still a great game, congratz

hours of fun...

and frustration..after a couple hours of intense play the only song I have yet to unlock is Rough Tone. great game, never really gets old. the theme songs were a nice touch. congratz, definately one of the best games on newgrounds.

loads of zombies to kill

After a couple minutes I got the hang of using a melee weapon with a pistol and then the money started flowing in. A lot of great upgrades made it a really great game.
After I got an upgraded assault rifle in one hand and a upgraded sniper rifle in the other, I started staying out at night for more cash. Those disfigured zombies are pretty creepy at night, they run so damn fast.
The only thing I felt could have been changed was the music, but that could be muted at least, so it wasnt too big a deal.
